Susan Crawford, a Partner in the firm, is dedicated to achieving positive and cost-effective results for clients in civil and commercial litigation and regulatory and transactional matters. With a practice that crosses several disciplines, Susan appears in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and in regulatory, administrative, and arbitration proceedings. She represents diverse clients including individuals, small businesses, nonprofit and for-profit corporations, Tribal government, and state and local governmental entities and officials.

Susan has handled numerous cases involving matters of significant public interest such as voting rights, reproductive rights, free speech, Indian gaming, and energy policy, among others. Susan has a particular interest in renewable energy and has advised and represented renewable energy clients in project development, regulatory and permitting matters, and energy-related litigation. She has participated in proceedings involving important renewable energy policies at the Wisconsin Public Service Commission.
