Biography
As an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Transactional Practice Groups, Samantha Foran brings compassion and dedication to assisting clients in the areas of civil litigation, environmental and energy law, and business and property law.
Before attending law school, Samantha taught middle school social studies. During her time in the classroom, she developed a passion for advocacy and fighting for equity on behalf of her students. This passion eventually led Samantha to a career in the law.
As a law student, Samantha served on the senior editorial board of the Wisconsin Law Review as the Senior Note and Comment editor. She further demonstrated her dedication to helping others as a member of the pro bono honor society for her work with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance clinic. Additionally, Samantha gained a comprehensive understanding of and passion for litigation as an intern with the American Civil Liberties Union’s Voting Rights Project.
