Rosemary Reniero is an associate in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group.

Rosemary is a strong advocate for those undergoing complex and emotional family law matters.

While in law school, Rosemary clerked for Pines Bach and participated in the Wisconsin Law School Family Court Clinic where she represented litigants in divorce, post-judgment custody and placement disputes, and special immigrant juvenile status cases. She also provided resources to pro se litigants through the Dane County Family Law Assistance Center and the Child Support Legal Resource Clinic at the Urban League of Greater Madison.

As Symposium Editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender and Society, Rosemary helped to shed light on how society’s shifting social and moral values have impacted and complicated the law of paternity, facilitating scholarship and debate within the field of family law.

Prior to attending law school, Rosemary developed her passion for advocating for victims of domestic abuse as a WATCH court monitor in Hennepin County, Minnesota, where she observed criminal proceedings involving domestic violence to ensure victims were treated with the respect and empathy they deserve.
