Biography

Rosemary Reniero is an associate in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group.

Rosemary is a dedicated advocate for individuals navigating complex and emotionally challenging family law matters. Her practice is grounded in a commitment to providing thoughtful guidance and strong representation during some of the most difficult moments in her clients' lives.

Her practice encompasses all areas of family law, including divorce, legal custody, physical placement, child support, maintenance, paternity, and grandparent rights. She is experienced in guiding clients through these matters, whether they are isolated actions or related to other proceedings, such as injunctions or criminal cases. Rosemary approaches each case with an understanding that the family court action is often just one component of a broader situation.

During law school, Rosemary clerked for Pines Bach and participated in the Wisconsin Law School Family Court Clinic, where she represented clients in divorce actions, post-judgment custody and placement disputes, and special immigrant juvenile status proceedings. She also supported pro se litigants through the Dane County Family Law Assistance Center and continues to volunteer with DCFLAC to this day.
