Biography
Jessica Slavin helps individuals and families plan for and cope with the unexpected. A large portion of her practice is devoted to advising clients in estate planning, probate, and adult guardianship issues. She also pursues personal injury and wrongful death claims for injured parties and their loved ones.
Jessica joined Pines Bach as a partner after a decade practicing plaintiff’s personal injury, estate planning, probate, and adult guardianship in Fond du Lac County. She continues to meet with clients at offices in both Fond du Lac and Madison and has an active practice in both locations and throughout the state.
Jessica graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1998 and was admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 1999. In addition to her current practice areas, her experience includes clerkships at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals; a decade teaching legal writing and appellate practice at Marquette University Law School; and helping refugees and immigrants in the Twin Cities.
Jessica grew up on a dairy farm in central Wisconsin and lived in Seattle, San Diego, and Minneapolis before settling back in Wisconsin. She loves that her practice allows her to meet and work with clients from many different walks of life.
She lives in Fond du Lac and enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time.
