Employee rights attorney Tamara Packard and her co-presenter, management-side attorney Brad Backer, will give a live webcast encore presentation of their continuing legal education session titled “Anatomy of a Noncompete Agreement.” Tamara and Brad originally gave this talk at the State Bar of Wisconsin’s annual Health, Labor & Employment Law Institute in August, where it was well-received. The live webcast, scheduled for October 22, 2018, will also be offered in web “replay” format five times in November and December. It is offered through the State Bar of Wisconsin. The talk focuses on the five components considered when evaluating enforceability of noncompete provisions under Wisconsin law, and includes an interactive poll that allows participants can test their knowledge.
