Packard Shares Class Action Knowledge in American Bar Association Publication

Attorney Tamara Packard, a partner at CWPB, recently showcased her knowledge in the area of class action litigation, editing the Wisconsin chapter of the “Survey of State Class Action Law – 2014-15”, published this month by the American Bar Association – Section of Litigation. In her capacity as the Wisconsin State Editor, Attorney Packard worked under the auspices of the ABA’s Section of Litigation Class Actions and Derivative Suits Subcommittee on State Laws.

Attorney Packard is a highly-regarded litigator, particularly in the area of employment law. She is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an honorary society of trial lawyers. She regularly handles class action litigation in both state and federal courts.
