Attorney Tamara Packard has been rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell, which facilitates a nationally recognized peer review rating process. She joins Pines Bach colleagues Lester Pines, Steve Bach, and Ann Davies who were previously honored with this rating.
Ratings reflect the confidentially provided opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary in two categories: general ethical standards and legal ability. As Martindale-Hubbell explains, “The General Ethical Standards rating denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of professional responsibilities.” Legal Ability ratings are based on performance in the following areas: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and experience. The AV Preeminent® peer review rating is described by Martindale-Hubbell as “a significant rating accomplishment – a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”
