Diane Welsh joins CWPB as a Partner

WELCOME DIANE WELSH

Pines Bach LLP LLP proudly announces that Attorney Diane Welsh has joined the firm as a partner.

Ms. Welsh advises clients on a variety of matters, focusing primarily on government and administrative law and health care-including regulatory, compliance, privacy, licensure, program integrity, and payment issues. Her substantial experience advising top-level state officials allows her to evaluate regulatory and legal problems and recommend and implement strategic, pragmatic solutions for her clients.

Ms. Welsh is also an experienced litigator, having handled matters ranging from administrative hearings to federal appeals. She has practiced in the United States Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, federal district courts, Wisconsin state courts, and before the Division of Hearings and Appeals. In 2002, Ms. Welsh served as a U.S. Supreme Court Fellow with the National Association of Attorneys General.

Ms. Welsh comes to Pines Bach LLP LLP from von Briesen and Roper, s.c. She has previously served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Wisconsin Department of Justice and as Chief Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Ms. Welsh graduated summa cum laude from The American University Washington College of Law, where she received the Outstanding Graduate Award.
